About The Founder
Chris Savage transforms chaotic construction operations that owners are trying to escape from into profit-generating systems that scale.
With an MBA in Finance and Organizational Transformation, Chris learned from a leading construction CEO who grew a local contractor into a 9-figure powerhouse. That experience taught him the fundamental truth: the right systems and leadership separate thriving construction companies from those trapped in daily firefighting.
Chris combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he's delivered enterprise digital transformation projects at Fortune 1000 companies, generating $1.2 million in net new revenue in his first year as a Client Executive. His technical background includes award-winning software engineering and project management at Insight's Digital Innovation division, which earned Microsoft's 2018 Worldwide AI Partner of the Year award.
When Chris relocated from NYC to the Raleigh-Durham from area after a family tragedy, a custom home builder brought him in to solve their operational nightmare. He migrated their chaotic legacy systems to JobTread for construction management and became a QuickBooks Pro Advisor to streamline their accounting. The result: a business that could finally grow without drowning in administrative chaos.
This transformation revealed Chris's true calling: helping builders and contractors replace reactive management with proactive systems. Through Builder Clarity, he brings Fortune 400-level operations, technology, and leadership solutions to construction companies ready to stop managing crises and start building profitable, scalable businesses.
Chris specializes in working with established contractors who are tired of working harder instead of smarter—and ready to build a business that runs itself.
