The problem

Pool construction runs on precision. Every proposal is hundreds of line items deep, every franchise prices differently, and every error costs margin. The client was running the whole business through an Excel model only one person fully understood.

What we built

We rebuilt that workflow as a purpose-built platform: proposal builder, inventory engine, multi-tenant franchise architecture, and live JobTread integration, connected end to end.

What changed

Salespeople build branded proposals on a job site in minutes. Admins manage cost codes, markups, and inventory across every franchise from a single console. Operations gets a clean handoff to JobTread the moment a deal closes: no double entry, no reconciliation, no Friday-night spreadsheets.
